Everyone in the world gets that same 24 hours. Some use them to make the most out of their day and some just waste it as it doesn’t matter because of course what’s new in that?

This is not just another article which will tell you about what are the things you should keep on your to-do list. It will help you to understand how you can eliminate the task of your day which is just absorbing your time and ravaging your productivity.

1) Make a list of the task you have to do the next day and keep a track of it.

Yes! No doubt this is the first point of this article. You must have heard this several times that make a to-do list, write what you have to do and keep the track of what you have to do. Based on my personal experience this will actually give you a feeling of accomplishment when at the end of the day you will mark your accomplished task of the day on your to-do list day before.

2) Surround yourself with the people who have goals in life.

As stated by renowned personality “You are the average of five people you spend time with.” and it’s completely true.  The person who has a goal in life is more efficient in prioritizing what is important. What matters to be done and in what order it should be done. Understand the way they see their day. Understand how choosy they are when asked to do something which is inefficient in one way or other. Take tips from them and implement them in your daily life, because life is all about learning from each other.

3) Get a night of good sleep.

You might feel how sleep is related to time management. We are already aware of the fact that the human body needs 7 to 8 hours of good sleep. What if you are a night owl? Don’t worry, I have a solution for that too. Try following the concept of a power nap. Usually, we have classes from 9-5. If you are reaching your room by 6, take a power nap of 30 minutes or 1 hour to wake up by 7 and continue with your evening routine.

Bonus Tip:  Make sure the time of sleep in the evening should not be more than 1 hour as it may bring down your productivity. As time flies by, soon you will realize that you have changed a lot if you start following these tips by today. We all have to change at some point in life. Be like water and change often. Live life to its fullest and make most out of it because this is your time.
