Sustainable Fashion Workshop

The workshop focused more on creating oneself rather than creating a new product. To design yourself as a better person and to create harmony between design and the other factors of environment.

It revolved around the label, ‘Button Masala’ which focuses on creating economic and smart designs rather than creating new designs that consume a lot of resources.

The key elements that make the label, Button Masala both innovative and sustainable in nature are that the techniques involved in assembling the garment is time saving, involves less wastage of fabric and at the same time the designs are very contemporary.

According to Anuj Sharma, this method is the fastest, most versatile and an economical method to create fashion by designing with as little fabric as possible.

The design philosophy of the workshop was that educating the audience is more important than creating new designs.
