Whenever I think of the past, it brings back so many memories.
The above statement rightly explains that the past is always special for everyone because with past we have a lot of memories associated, that makes us laugh, cry and miss those old golden days.
And especially when we talk about the college pass-outs that is our alumni for them also past has always been nostalgic, because when they travel back to those days they are accompanied by a lot of memories some good, some bad and a few making them sentimental.
Thus, to make our alumni relive & reminisce their college days, LPU Alumni Association successfully conducted another Alumni Reunion in Delhi-NCR on 14th & 15th December 2019. The reunion was organized at two locations, Noida & Gurugram. In Noida the venue for the event was, hotel Lemon Tree, Kaushambi Delhi & in Gurugram it was, hotel The Muse Sarovar Portico, Kapashera Delhi.
All together 150+ alumni turned up for the reunion at both the locations. Amongst the alumni who attended the event, a few alumni are working at good posts in big MNCs like Google, Wipro, Accenture, Infosys, Capgemini & many more. The reunion also witnessed the presence of certain government employees who are working as Drug inspectors & advocates in the Supreme Court of India.
The alumni were greeted & welcome by Mr. Gaurav Gupta (Deputy Director and Head Alumni Relations) & his team. A lot of fun & recreational activities were organized by the team for the alumni, which made the child still hidden in these adults to enjoy & live life to its fullest that evening.
In the reunion, Local Chapter Committee was also elected through the mode of voting & alumni were designated with the pots of President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer & Executive Members.
Overall it was good to see the alumni enjoying, reliving their college life and sharing their professional views. The ambience created there was pleasant; everyone enjoyed and shared their life experiences. Apart from that, the alumni further promised to support the mission of the LPU Alumni Association & strengthen the alumni network worldwide.
