On their first week in college, freshmen encounter the nerve-racking adrenaline coursing through their bodies. Days pass by in a blur of handshakes and strange conversations. It gets exhilarating to meet likable, unique people from all over the country and the world, but there happens to be no time to really discover the people as individuals.
Every year, the freshmen induction program at LPU aims to help the students familiarize with the university’s policies, educational system, processes, and practices. It also serves as a great platform for them to showcase their talents.
During Freshmen Induction 2017, Division of Student Affairs organized ‘Freshmen Talent Search 2017’ for the new students. The freshmen from all around the country and the world showcased their talents to become the Ultimate Freshman 2017. Several rounds of auditions took place in venues across the campus where talents such as dancing, singing, rapping, gymnastics, drumming etc. raised huge cheers from the crowd.
From confident performances to mind-blowing talented individuals entertaining the crowd, it proved that this year’s freshmen are going to be a lot harder to forget. The Grand Finale of ”Freshmen Talent Search 2017” is already drawing hype because of the talent of the freshmen class. After several shortlisting rounds, 24 finalists will compete in the grand finale.
