LPU organized a seminar cum exhibition on “Know Your Army” on 9th November 2017 at the LPU Campus. The seminar was conducted by Major Jaspreet Singh. He addressed the students and told them how the life is like the defence forces. He shared many exemplary stories of his struggles and achieving success and told the students to never give up. The students learnt the value and importance of discipline in life and how discipline can be used to reach self-control and accomplish life goals.
The exhibition by the Indian Army showcased Marshal techniques, Weapons Handling and Physical Training to the students.The same evoked a sense of patriotism and an urge to join the defence forces.
The students made the best of this opportunity to interact with the Indian Army personnel and got many of their questions answered.
