If you are exercising really hard in order to achieve overall fitness then you’ve only taken on half the battle. Yes, I’m dispelling the myth that only exercising will lead to fitness. Your diet is the other half of the battle, often times the harder half.

Oh, and when I say diet is the harder half, I don’t mean that people aren’t able to resist the demands of their taste buds. There are people who go the other extreme just as often. Eat right, don’t starve yourself, and don’t overeat. Both ways you will only gain weight.

Your body makes nearly 4000 blood cells everyday, it works hard for you, don’t deprive it of its fuel.  Food deprivation can lead to severe health problems. Take care of your body, it’s the only one you’ve got, worship it like the temple it is.
