How do you ordinarily spend your Sunday evenings? Do you jump at the chance to hover around your house and do a brisk clean up as you breeze from room to room? Locate a peaceful spot to unwind alone and enjoy a bit of ‘personal time’? Or may be this time is exclusively committed to chilling at home with the family?

I, for one, like spending lazy Sunday evenings doing a mix of beneficial yet easy chores that make life simpler during the working week, and also some mood elevating exercises that will allow me to say goodbye to the weekend feeling cheerful, revived and prepared for the week ahead.

Here are 7 ways you can benefit as much as possible from your languid Sunday. There’s something for everybody: from pleasurable leisure activities for the individuals who get a kick out of the chance to have a ton of fun, relax and appreciate the most recent couple of hours of their end of the week; to simple and easy assignments for the individuals who want to get their home and life all together for the begin of the new week; in addition to a couple of exercises that fall some place in the middle.

  1. Pick up few of the books you’ve always wanted to read and get lost in them. Sure to be the most calming Sunday experience.

  2. Board game battles with your dorm roommates are probably one of the best ways to end your Sunday adventure.

  3. Think of yourself as creative? Look up the endless world of DIY and get on it.

  4. Enjoy a movie marathon in your bed. Whether it’s Disney or Wrong Turn back to back, you’ll thank me later!

  5. Prepare a special meal for yourself. Trust me that effort will save you from that way too boring mess food and may even prove therapeutic.

  6. Clean up the place you live in and rearrange a bit. You’ll realise how refreshing it feels. Plus, college students really need to do this more often than others.

  7. If you really don’t mind doing some work, finish off your to-do list for Monday. It’ll make your Monday a little less hectic.
