Right to Vote is a statutory right governed by the statute of the Indian constitution which entitles every citizen of the country to exercise their autonomy to elect the government.

Not all of us exercise this power of ours, what has been observed in historic 2014 General Elections, out of 150 million first time voters, only half actually voted. Before 2019, we want to collectively flip the script and show how every vote matters.

Student organization, United Nations Youth Community under the aegis of Division of Student Welfare working towards bringing social awareness among the student community of the university presents JetSetVOte- a voter awareness workshop for the first time voters help you understand, how does your vote matter?

#JetSetVote is a collaborative campaign by YouthKiAwaaz in association with Facebook and Participatory Research in Asia (PRIA), recognized by The Election Commission of India. JetSetVote has travelled to colleges and universities across the length breadth of the country reaching out to the future citizens help them understand the importance of their vote through a 2hr long engagement workshop full of fun and run.

Be there to be a responsible citizen for a better tomorrow. Be a part of this campaign workshop to make every citizen realise how their vote is a contribution to making India better.
