Every person has their dreams and aspirations but it takes courage to chase them. Saransh Das, a B.Tech student of Lovely Professional University followed the path of magic which was a bit different from the normal course, yet he decided to go after it. When he was in 6th grade, he got curious about behind the scenes of magic, and inspired by the famous magician Dynamo. Afterward, his journey towards exploring magic and its world began, and he started performing in various schools and educational institutions.
When he joined the University, his talent got recognized from the first day itself. He got the chance to perform in front of the crowd which was a huge thing for a newcomer. Besides, he won the title of Mr. Dynamic during Fresher’s talent search.
Worth mentioning, LPU gave his journey a magnificent turn, offering him a lot of opportunities. From performing at freshers to performing with some big names like Rajpal Yadav, Sargun Mehta, the university provided him with a platform to showcase his talent to the world. He also performed in front of the honorable founders of the university, which was indeed a huge moment for him. His performance caught the eye of many student organizations with whom he collaborated and performed regularly.
In March 2020, the lockdown was imposed but it couldn’t stop his journey! With LPU, he got another opportunity to perform at HUNAR 2.0 – a contest to showcase talents, and he emerged as a runner-up. Furthermore, LPU’s Division of Student Welfare invited him to perform live on its official social media channels where he entertained the spectators with his several tricks. Due to immense coverage of LPU’s online events, several media houses in Orissa approached Saransh to perform live on their channels.
We all know how this pandemic has affected our mental health! Saransh has tried his best to make everyone smile; for this, he has joined a community of 20 magicians from 10 different countries who are trying their best to entertain audience. We are so proud of you Verto!
