LPU-NSS organized a Historical Place Visit on 25th Jan, 2017 to Jang-e-Azadi Memorial on the occasion of Republic Day to pay tribute to our Freedom Fighters. Jang-e-azadi Memorial is a memorial and museum being built in the Kartarpur town of Punjab, India in memory of the contribution and sacrifices made by the Punjabi community towards the Indian independence movement.
They celebrated the Republic Day at the NSS adopted village-Khajurla where rain failed to dampen the youthful spirits of all involved. The school children and our volunteers alike showcased their talents. Inspiration, information and a lot of joy was shared, making this a memorable Republic Day.
