We often share the meme where we show how we students transitioned from carrying a whole lot of books in school bag to even forgetting that we have to tag a pen along in our pockets. This is the most valuable asset for LPU students. Why? Let’s know
Somehow no matter how many we buy at the end of the day, its ownership belongs to someone else. You have no idea how this tragedy happens but you turn your head and it’s gone. Sometimes, you lend it to someone and they just never give you back. If you ask for it then you are the “kanjus”(selfish) who can’t even part with a pen. It is poor you who is not understood by them that it is the third pen you are buying in the week. Yes, they are cheap enough but with a student’s tight budget affording 3 pens a week is a luxury one can only dream off.
How in world is it that sometimes just by falling off the table it disappears from your sight. You wonder if there was a detective task force who solely searched for lost pens they would be millionaires by now. It is at times very frustrating and irritating and you end up deciding – I am not lending anyone my pens now and then you take care of them like they are fragile babies. After all, the least interesting thing has now suddenly become the most important thing to you.
