Thalassemia affects every 4.4 of every 10,000 births throughout the world. Thalassemia patients require regular treatments like blood-transfusion. To do your part in helping them, you can participate in a Thalassemia Fund Raising Event being organized by TFI and Welfare Organization UMANG.
Student Organization Thalassemia Free India(TFI) & Welfare Association are organizing “UMANG” (SPREADING HUMANITY) under the aegis of Division of Student Welfare, LPU. This event is being organized with the purpose of raising fund for Thalassemia patients. 26-10-2017 to 29-10-2017.
In this event, you will be can play any of these games: Badminton, Fun Cricket, Chess, Art Sketching, Task events and Poetry Writing.
The charges for each game are as follows:
Badminton: 100/- (singles)
Fun Cricket: 300/- per team (6 members)
Chess: 50/-
Task event: 50/-
Sketching: 50/-
Poetry writing: 50/-
