Workshop on Photography and Editing, a corporate training program was organized at Lovely Professional University, Phagwara for staff members of Paragraph Studios, Jalandhar as per schedule specified above. The program aimed at inculcating the fundamental skills of photography and editing.
Mr. Simranjit Singh, Assistant Professor, LPU was invited as the Subject Matter Expert. The deliberations focused on Introduction to photography, Composition, lighting, equipment selection, camera angles and depth of field. The Subject matter expert gave hands on training to the participants on:
- Camera operations and practice
- Basic of lighting and practice
- Understanding composition
- Understanding Editing and Project Management
- Managing a shot footage
- Editing of a shot footage
- Editing preview and analysis of shot footage
In response to the feedback w.r.t. program effectiveness, the participants found the program to be rich in content. The structure of the program was well planned. The response of the Subject Matter Expert to the queries of the participants was appreciated. It was conducted in a participative environment giving opportunities for open discussion and hands on learning. The participants observed that the program gave them new insights on the topic and was relevant for enhancement in quality of Photography and Editing.
