2. Excessively Strenuous Work Out
You aren’t going to lose the extra kilos or tone all your lose muscles overnight, so please do not over stress your system by working out more than is healthy in a single day. It can hurt your bones and muscles and even damage your immune system.
3. Driving with Open Windows
City driving with the windows rolled down will not get you fresh air. The air is polluted with emissions from other vehicles and all manner of allergens and irritants. Protect your lungs by rolling those windows up and turning the air conditioning on.
4. Carrying an Overly Heavy Hand Bag
So, you are headed to the market? Let’s see what you’ve packed into your handbag. Wipes, make up, a wallet bulging with coins, phone, keys, umbrella, and whatever else you forgot to empty it of, from the last time you and handbag went out together. Try to cut down the load you tote in your bag. Your shoulder and hand muscles will thank you for not abusing them, and you may save yourself from back spasms, disc degeneration, neck problems, arthritis, and poor posture.
5. Avoiding the Weighing Scale
Not acknowledging an issue does not make it go away. You can avoid getting on a weighing scale but that won’t make you weigh less. 6. Worrying too much
We humans worry a lot. We worry about deadlines and assignments and presentations. We worry about that we might forget to feed the dog.
