India First Leadership Talk by Shri Anand Mahindra, Chairman- Mahindra and Mahindra was held on 8th January 2019.
Institute Innovation Council of LPU in association with MHRD and AICTE organized a session with Shri Anand Mahindra, Chairman, Mahindra and Mahindra. The talk was organized for the students of all the schools of the university.
Mr. Mahindra shared his views on the aspects of life which are not taught in schools but define the role of humility brevity and self-awareness. Mr. Mahindra shared a lesson which was given to him by his mother – who didn’t have a strong role model. Mr. Mahindra spoke about the importance of having a good leader in one’s life that can guide decisions and help to keep one motivated.
Learnt from competition and from the failure, Mr. Mahindra wonderfully explained how M&M company is organizing the innovation mela on a regular basis, where the successful innovation as well as the failed ones are awarded together. He advised all the students to practice that, which gives them happiness. He talked about maintaining a good balance in life.
