We are enthralled to announce that one of the faculty members from the School of Mechanical Engineering, Dr. J.V.M. Lal Jeyan has received the ‘Eminent Educationist Award‘ from the European International University, Paris. The award was bestowed in the presence of Padma Shri Appasaheb Dharmadhikari, Prof. Dr. Edward Roy Krishnan Director-General EIU, Ms. Tina Yang Chief Operating Officer EIU, Dr. Robert Brand Dean EIU, and Dr. R. Parameswaran Advisor EIU.
Having successfully incorporated in Paris, France, the European International University (EIU), Paris is a private, independent higher education provider. EIU–Paris offers higher education programmes that are different from the French National Curricula and Programmes leading to French Government accredited university qualifications, which falls under the French Public Higher Education sector.
This year, only two awards were given by EIU-Paris; one was received by Padma Shri Appasaheb Dharmadhikari and second one by LPU faculty. This indeed is a piece of great news.
