On the juncture of International Youth Day, LPU student, Gattem Vanktesh was conferred with National Youth Award 2016-2017 by Kiren Rijiju, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India. He has been granted with ‘Young Best Artist Award‘ in the field of art at a function organised by the Union Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports in New Delhi. The award consisted of a medal, certificate and cash prize of one lakh rupees.
