The Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC-35), being conducted by 8Pb Bn NCC, Phagwara from 02 June to 11 June 2026 at Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, is progressing with great enthusiasm, discipline, and dedication.
A total of 485 NCC cadets are participating in the camp under the supervision of 02 Officers, 05 ANOs, 01 CTO, and 22 PI Staff members.
The camp schedule comprises Firing Training, Drill, Physical Training (PT), Sports Activities, NCC instructional classes, and Cultural Activities. Cadets are receiving comprehensive training in Map Reading, Weapon Training, Health & Hygiene, Field Craft, and Battle Craft, enhancing their military knowledge and practical skills.
Alongside the training activities, cultural events provide cadets with a platform to showcase their talents, creativity, confidence, and teamwork, fostering camaraderie and strengthening the spirit of unity among participants.
Through these diverse activities, CATC-35 aims to develop discipline, leadership, physical fitness, character, and a sense of responsibility among cadets. As a mandatory camp for B and C Certificate cadets, it serves as an invaluable opportunity for learning, personal growth, and nation-building.
Guided by the NCC motto, “Unity and Discipline,” the cadets continue to learn, lead, and excel throughout the camp.
