Background & Rationale
‘SEVA-Service Excellence through Value Addition-V’, a Corporate Training Program was organized by Lovely Professional University for the participants of Pioneer Assurance Consultants Ltd. Dr. Gurpreet Singh Phull, Associate Prof. & Dy.Dean, Mr. Narinder Singh Garcha, Assistant Director and Dr. Rahul Sharma, Associate Professor, Lovely Professional University were the key facilitators for the final session.
The schedule carried a multi-pronged approach that included breathers, inputs, group discussions, role plays, case-based analysis, team activities, field assignments and presentations by the participants.

The code of conduct states that professionals should maintain the highest standards of integrity in all business relationships provide customers with a buying experience in which everyone does the right thing and thereby get the right results. The resource persons emphasized on ethics of selling. The post selling activities which help in retaining the customers and getting referrals were displayed through the successful stories of some sales people. The participants also shared their experiences in the field.
The program received active participation of staff members from Pioneer Assurance Consultants Ltd. The participants were appreciative of the gesture shown by the University in terms of choice of Subject Matter Experts, appropriate learning environment, venue setting, infrastructure, study tours and content delivery. The participants observed that the program was outcome oriented and gave them new insights on the topic.
