The Human Resource Development Center (HRDC), Lovely Professional University, organized a two-day Staff Onboarding Program from November 6–7, 2025, to facilitate the smooth integration of newly joined administrative staff into the university’s dynamic work environment.
The program aimed to align participants with the university’s vision, policies, and operational systems while nurturing a positive and high-performance work culture.
Sessions included:
- Positive Mindset for High Performance Work Culture by Mr. Sarabjit Singh Kwatra, Associate Dean, Human Resource Development Center, LPU emphasized optimism, emotional intelligence, and resilience.
- Outcome-Based Planner by Ms. Rashmi Upadhyaya, Senior Officer, Division of Planning and Governance, LPU amd Mr. Tarlok Singh, Officer, Division of Planning and Governance, LPU, highlighted alignment of administrative tasks with strategic institutional goals.
- Excel to Excel: Tips, Tricks, and Shortcuts by Mr. Puneet Soni, , Senior Officer, Human Resource Development Center, LPU, provided practical insights into efficient data management and Excel proficiency.
Coordinated by Ms. Sharnjeet Kaur, Officer, Human Resource Development Center, LPU the program received positive feedback for its interactive approach, relevant content, and participative learning environment. The initiative successfully prepared the new staff to contribute effectively to LPU’s professional ecosystem.
