Lovely Professional University continues to make its mark on the national cultural landscape with an exceptional performance at IGNUS 2026, the prestigious cultural festival hosted by IIT Jodhpur. Showcasing talent, creativity, and dedication, a team of 20 students from LPU delivered outstanding performances and brought immense pride to the university.
Competing against some of the finest Talents from across the country, LPU students excelled across multiple dance categories. In the Duo Category, the team secured an impressive 1 Gold and 1 Silver medal, reflecting their coordination, energy, and artistic expression. The Solo Category witnessed equally remarkable achievements, with students winning 1 Gold, 1 Silver, and 1 Bronze medal, highlighting their individual excellence and versatility.
Adding another feather to their cap, LPU’s talented dancers have been selected for the highly competitive 1 vs 1 Battle Category at the Indian Hip Hop Dance Championship 2027, scheduled to be held in Mumbai. This national-level platform will provide them with an opportunity to compete among the best dancers in the country and further elevate their artistic journey.
