If you are alive and breathing right at this moment, then ‘Be grateful’. The gift of life is the most precious and priceless gift God has given us, and it is our duty to know its value and be thankful for it. Out of 7.2 billion people in this world you were given a chance to live another day, but the same cannot be said for many unfortunate others. Such an opportunity given to us shouldn’t be taken lightly, and we should make the best use of it. And life itself is filled with numerous beautiful things that we should be grateful about.

Be grateful for the gift of eyes through which you can see the beautiful reality unfold before you. Not everyone is as fortunate as you to be able to experience and observe the beauty of life, and its unending wonders. Learn to look into every minute detail in everything you see, and perceive the positive side that exists in each one of them.

Be grateful for the gift of tongue through which you can speak and communicate to your hearts content. Not everyone is fortunate enough to experience the joy in singing to the tones of the music they hear. Make sure to use the power of the tongue wisely, and appreciate the good in others by speaking about the good in them. A meaningful sentence spoken to someone in times of need can change their entire life.

Be grateful about the gift of family for it is the greatest form of support you can possibly have in your life. In times of pain and sorrow, there is nothing greater than the love and affection of a family to give you hope and happiness.

Be grateful for the friends you have because they will always consider your needs as their priority in life. They are the ones that will fill up your memory with beautiful adventures and moments.

Be grateful about all the little things in life because everything starts small. Nothing in this world started as something great, everything great that you see in this world started off as something insignificant.

Life becomes a beautiful reality if you only learn to be grateful about the things you have.
