Everyone finds a problem in time management, even I do find problems. We make time tables for doing all our works but we never get stuck to it. We always get away from the path we decided to be at.

At first, you should understand that time management cannot be learnt in a single day or even a week. It takes time. And you need not need to feel sad or depressed if you are unable to do all the works on time. Even there is no perfect person in this world who can do all his or her desired work in the desired amount of time. There are always some ups and downs in its management. In the beginning, you may get these ups and downs to be high but with the passage of time, you will be able to adapt to the situations and manage it accordingly.

There are some people who make time tables for the whole week or month at once. But if you go by my opinion then I would suggest you make a time table for the upcoming a day before you go to bed. Don’t make for a week or month at once just make it for a single day.

A proper time table should contain proper timings for your breakfast, lunch, dinner, studies, sleep, and even for socializing. I would even suggest you write a diary entry before going to sleep and compare it with the plans you had made were accomplished or not. I have given below a sample of time table that can be followed. But it is not necessary that you need to follow this only. You should make your own. Also, this table contains timings for study at night but some people have habits of studying early in the morning so even they can adjust according to their comfort. And especially on holidays try to revise all those things that were taught the whole week. I am not saying that you need to spend your whole days on studies but plan in such a way that you could revise all the things and even spend time on your interests too.Time

What to do Time
Get up 6:30
Work out 6:45 to 7:15 or even 7:30
Shower and fresh up for classes 7:55 to 8:30
Studies 8:30 to 9:30
Classes 10:00 to 18:00 (including Lunch)
Fresh up and hobbies 18:30 to 19:30 (30 minutes for reaching your home, hostel or P.G.)
Dinner 19:35 to 19:50
Studies 20:00 to 22:00 (for fast learners) and you do extra studies too

and

20:00 to 23:00 or 23:30(slow learners)

Sleep 23:30 to 6:30

Note: If you are a slow learner, you can give extra time for your studies during holidays too.

I am saying you again that it is not at all mandatory to have the same timetable. You should make a time table that helps you in being more comfortable and dealing with the situations ahead. But try your level best to stick to it. An up and down of 10 minutes is acceptable but it should not go beyond 10 minutes. It may completely disturb your timetable. So plan well, be positive and live happily. All the best!
