Human Resource Development Center collaborates with key Resource Persons across the University to serve the development needs of corporate personnel in a customized manner.
Nav Disha, a Corporate Training Program designed for Indian oil Corporation, Indane Distributors received active participation of the target audience. The program aimed at capacity building for Business Development and Team Leadership in the digital era. The 2-day program was spread over 10 sessions. Lovely Professional University deputed experts in the relevant fields as the Resource Panel. Dr. Rajesh Verma, Professor highlighted the significance of branding and customer service in today’s highly competitive market. Dr. Sunaina Ahuja, Professor and Mr.Sarabjit Singh Kwatra, Assistant Director, Human Resource Development Center facilitated a session on Team building and Leadership through experiential Learning. Mr.Narinder Singh Garcha, Assistant Director, Centre for Professional Enhancement-II, discussed the benchmarked best sales practices and branding strategies. Dr. Rahul Sharma, Associate Professor, Mittal School of Business shared the contemporary aspects of digitalization of business so vital to the parent company Indane for excellence in customer service.
