I remember telling you all about the big, majestic tree near LIT. Well, I spotted another one behind Block 55. And this one’s awe quotient is pretty high too. This one is quite big already, but far from done growing. It has lots of scary prop roots that show it has an elaborate expansion plan. Makes me wonder what it will look like 20 years from now. Hmm..maybe I’ll come back and see.
Big, old, densely leafy, this tree has lots of shade to offer. If the whole ‘Vikram Betal’ vibe discourages you from sitting under it, there is a garden and kiosk behind Block 55 where you can sit and enjoy the magnificence of this tree.
