“Tomorrow’s mystery cannot be solved by today’s worries”
Every day of our lives we are blessed with the chance to start a fresh new chapter, with bundles of blank pages just waiting to be filled by the author in us, in order to write the story of our lives in the way we desire. Out of 7.2 billion people in the world, we were given a chance to experience a new day, breathe the new air, and most of all appreciate the gift of life that many were denied.
We cannot change ‘yesterday’, and we cannot predict ‘tomorrow’, but what we can do is live today to the best of our satisfaction so that when tomorrow comes, we greet it with no regrets. Life is too short to be worried about what might happen next, and it is much too short to be in constant denial of the magic and wonders ‘today’ holds for us. A healthy recipe to life’s ultimate happiness is to start each new day with a smile, and continue living each second of the day with the belief that life is an adventure.
“Time is the ultimate healer and destroyer”, it waits for none and stops for none. Living in the moment is to live our life in perfect momentum with ‘Time’, and develop a relationship with it, so that in each moment of our life we don’t let ‘Time’ pass ahead of us.
There are 24 hours, 1440 minutes, and 86,440 seconds in a day. It is our right to spend every last second doing the things that we love and care about. It’s never too late to live the 24 hours of our day in ways that brings joy and happiness inside. So we need to move on and spend each second doing the things we love…
…go out and meet our friends…
…visit our loved ones…
…eat lunch at a good restaurant…
…wear the dress we always wanted…
…make friends with our enemies…
…take the trip to our dream destination…
…shout and sing to our heart’s content…
…go to the theatre like we always planned…
…appreciate the efforts people make for us…
…greet anyone we meet on our way…
…take-up the hobby we always thought about…
…visit new places, restaurants, people etc.….
…let our friends know that we care…
…go around spreading our happiness…
Life is much too short to be pondering over the things which we have no control over, and it is much too short to be infected by worry and doubts. There is beauty and wonders in ‘living in the moment’ each day of our life.
“Enjoy life today, yesterday is gone and tomorrow may never come”
