In order to develop a shared meaning of on-going changes and introspect to find out more meaningful ways to organize the team, School of Professional Enhancement-II organized a one day meet for all HODs, Faculty Members of Soft Skills, Verbal Ability, Analytical Skills and Team Office Management Cell on 9th December 2016. The theme of the workshop was ‘Embracing the Change’.
The workshop was divided into two halves where during the first half, the different teams presented their achievements and future plans and in the second half, the team members were distributed in cross functional teams and together they came up with action items to together develop a ‘New’ School of Professional Enhancement.
The workshop started with a kick off session by Mr. Varinder Singh, HOS – School of Professional Enhancement, where he laid down the context for the workshop and linked it to Organizational Strategy. The workshop also witnessed a Guest Talk by Dr. Harpal Thethi, Associate Director – Division of Career Services, where he focused upon the changing needs of the industry and the ways in which School Of Professional Enhancement can contribute toward the goal of Skill Enhancement.
