Background & Rationale
SEVA-Service Excellence through Value Addition-III, a Corporate Training Program was organized at Lovely Professional University for the participants of Pioneer Assurance Consultants Ltd. Dr. Amit Srivastav, Professor, Mr. Narinder Singh Garcha, Assistant Director, and Dr. Rahul Sharma, Associate Professor, Lovely Professional University were the key facilitators for the third session.
The schedule carried a multi-pronged approach that included breathers, inputs, group discussions, role plays, case based analysis, team activities, field assignments and presentations by the participants.

In the current Scenario, data acts as a fuel to the organization and data analysis is the driving wheel. In this session the participants were updated about the importance of market survey, how to take surveys, data collection patterns and analysis of data. The key feature of the session was the application of the analysis. The resource persons gave a hand on practice on data analysis to the participants through a case study. A session exclusively on the best sales practices was conducted in which the participants learnt to set high sales targets, plan everyday schedule, set priorities and evaluate the progress regularly.
The program received active participation of staff members from Pioneer Assurance Consultants Ltd. The participants were appreciative of the gesture shown by the University in terms of choice of Subject Matter Experts, appropriate learning environment, venue setting, infrastructure, study tours and content delivery. The participants observed that the program was outcome oriented and gave them new insights on the topic.
