The demand for Design professionals (UX, UI, Product design) has increased tremendously in this era of technology globally. The demand has outnumbered the supply of skilled and experienced UX designers. According to data from LinkedIn, UX design was cited as one of the top skills to learn. Many large and accomplished organizations are hiring organizations that have started prioritizing designing as a major leg up on the competition. It lets you encourage your creative side and deliver something fresh.
What is UX/UI?
First, you should know exactly what UX/ UI is. Though they are written together, these two are different with different purposes. UI stands for ‘user interface’, this is the graphic outline of an application. It optimizes and designs the items that the user interacts with like the images, text, entry fields, etc. The UI designer decides how the final appearance of the site or application will be. They keep in mind what the user wants and design accordingly for better user interaction.
UX stands for ‘User Experience’. Their main task is understanding the user’s behavior. They identify their target audience, conduct research, and analyze the result that aids them in the decision-making process. They have to keep in mind user’s need to provide a great user experience. UI and UX go hand in hand. This profession came into the limelight when everything shifted to online platforms due to the ongoing pandemic.
The course has great learning outcome:
- Explaining the process of user experience
- Explaining concepts of good user interface and experience design
- Developing visual elements on different platforms
- Developing user personas and user stories
- Developing a sitemap for smooth and intuitive user experiences
There is a lot more to learn in this course.
This online program will be covered in a month’s duration (almost 38-40 hours). It’s being conducted by UX design experts. So it acts as the right step to widen the horizon of creativity and learn an impressive skill.
