The mornings are always motivational and full of knowledge spreading. The amenities of the different companies come and motivate the tutees to spread their wings. The evening routine starts with the concept of Beyond Class Room by Dr. Sorabh Lakhanpal. In making the novices feel at home he talks to them by igniting them to do better in life. Think Big is the motto of LPU and the dignitaries of LPU tend to make sure that scholars move in this direction.
To showcase the overall personality development of the apprentices every evening is colored with the cultural programs. Division of Art and Culture plays a significant role in making the cultural evening a success. The arduous efforts of the students and the faculty become fruitful when applauded by the onlookers. These programs leave a deep impact on the minds of the vertos as current topics and their solutions are enacted. The mime covered up the inaccurate custom of honor killing. The way the students expressed their views through their expressions, was commendable. The onlookers just couldn’t stop themselves from applauding.
Another touchy topic was Rape, Revenge, which showed the anger of the youth performers through Dance performance. How these chains have bonded the thinking of society? Naturally, the youth knows better ways of being expressive. To lighten up the mood from the heaviness of the evening, the vibrant traditional dance Bhangra was performed, which left the audience full of life clapping and tapping their feet.
The end of the evening program was the Singing performance, where the melodious voices of the students sang the songs of the legend Lata Mangeshkar, leaving everyone mesmerized. In between the vertos were asked to scribble ideas for their future and stick it to the standee. One thing, that is worth mentioning is we at LPU Campus never cease to teach through our actions even in a play way method. Wishing the students good luck the evening ended on a great note.
