When nothing goes right, take a left!
Well it’s easier said than done. Specially if it is advice to self. Life has its own ways of teaching required lessons, some learn them at an early age, some just before they meet the maker, but eventually we all do learn our lessons. As per some “the hardest way is righteous way” and it certainly is true, because once you have seen the worst in any situation, what is left to fear? Perhaps nothing but the courage to stand back on your feet and take a step forward. There is nothing wrong in failing, but not trying again is worse even than dying. There are ways to escape death or at least delay it, but there is no escaping your own cowardice.
Life showers hard times on all of us. The time and circumstances may differ, but we all share some amount of the magma of our worldly hell while we strive to find our bit of heaven on this earth. When going through hell we burn, bruise, break, and fall apart. When we find our heaven we soothe our souls with joy, happiness, and love.
We are born humans, and at least this can be said – we have the right to fail and fail and fail till we get it right, even if it be the millionth time, till we realise what we’ve gained from all those failures. Our ancestors fought for the lives that we get to live and this makes it our duty to do justice to it.
