LPU School of Professional Enhancement organized a 3-day faculty development program on soft skills and verbal abilities.
Ms.Begi Margret and Ms.Carmel Eliis, Lead, Learning and Development (Infosys) enlightened LPU faculty and staff about the various aspects of cross cultural communication. In a series of very interesting and insightful lectures, they discussed with their rapt audience, the nuances of content development, delivery methodology, and evaluation procedures to help enhance learning outcomes.
