Before we begin, let’s first get familiar with the concept of entrepreneurship. It signifies the management as well as the development of a business idea overcoming various risk factors to make a profit out of it which has played a very important role in the development of the economy of the world. To simply say, an ‘entrepreneur’ is an ‘innovator’ who can generate unique and new ideas for a start-up.

LPU has produced countless entrepreneurs and has nurtured their ideas and created opportunities for their future. Those students, now alumni have successfully developed their business venture and made a living out of it. One of them is Harsh Pandey, a student of B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) has been selected in the Entrepreneurship Development Programme under Skill Vigyan program, Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India. It is a prestigious program witnessing the applications of over thousands of students and selecting just a few, in this case, just four applicants. Harsh Pandey is one of the four applicants who got selected in this Entrepreneurship Development Programme and we can’t be more proud!

Harsh Pandey has been a ‘technical’ kid from childhood as he was the first one to be called up for solving technical issues with phones and laptops. Now, he has started developing innovative software, voice assistant applications, mobile apps, web applications and designing due to his love for computers. He also runs a podcast show where he interacts with multiple people with multiple backgrounds and tries to learn something new every day, that’s his motivation!

Don’t be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice and most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.” which he follows whole-heartedly and has helped him to focus and move towards his goal.
