On 11th November, the Department of Journalism organized the prelims for their interactive talk show “Meet The Press”. The winners of the prelims competed with each other in the final round on 16th November to win the amazing cash prize of Rs. 3000.
In this talk show the students were asked to come up with relatable characters such as Celebrities/Famous People and the anchor was supposed to ask questions that would encourage audience engaging answers. After every pair showcased their act, the esteemed judges, Mr. Paramjeet and Mrs. Navpreet from Mittal School of Buisness rated each performance. The winners were declared as follows: Niharika and Chris (1st), Twinkle and Abhinav (2nd,) and Abhishek and Banisha (3rd).
This event was organised by Anmol Deep Lamba (Final year Journalism Student) and Mr. Virendra (Deputy Director) and the Chief Guest was Dr. Pavitra Prakash Singh (HOS of Fine Arts, Law and Journalism).
