What skills do you have that make you qualified for the job position?
I am a team player and most importantly a creative champion. I have a knack for listening more than what I say and perhaps, this is why I tend to involve well with team members and develop ideas from them. I always make sure that everyone gets a chance to voice their idea and thus, is equally involved in the project/job. Having said that, I believe I shall bring important value to the project, for which I shall be able to manage and incorporate the multi-ethnic members of the team.
