Youth Vibe 2016 – the mega cultural fest is officially on!!!!This year, from the stroke of a brush to the lens of a camera, from the strings of the guitar to the words of an orator, from the eyes of an actor to the pitch of a singer, from the steps of a dancer to the buzzer of a quizzer, from the roar of an R C racing car to the rising of a chopper, from the tic toc of programming to the designs of an architect – “YOUTH VIBE” is ready to fill the creative minds and enthusiastic hearts of all the vivacious and ambitious students eager to enjoy the fest.
A dazzling pre-opening ceremony built up the VIBE for the start of YV2K16 at 5 pm at the Presidential Stage. Various dignitaries such as Head Of DSA Dr. Sourabh Lakhanpal, Ms. Suman Sharma, head of cultural department, Mr. Shah Dev, Head of School of Polytechnique, Monika Gulati Executive Senior Dean of LPU and Dr. Loviraj Gupta, Executive Dean of Lovely Faculty of Technology and Science were present.
The grand opening witnessed mesmerising cultural performances. From Rajasthani Folk Dance to a captivating Mime Act to a peppy Hip hop jig – the evening was designed to thrill, and thrill it did. Food stalls organised by the students of LPU too, were a great treat for the students coming and enjoying the show.
