LPU’s annual fest is the event that every student eagerly waits for. Apart from the fun, frolic, and the platform that it offers to students to exhibit their talents, the fest is also an acid test of grit, confidence, and determination. Youth Vibe started its events today and a huge crowd of students participated in various competitions according to their interests. Events in various categories were conducted.
1. Design Extravaganza:
This event was a platform future architects to compete with each other at innovative designing, cleanliness of work, and the aesthetic appeal of their ideas. Some very interesting structures were designed during the course of this competition.
2. Wake up call:
Wake up call was an initiative to make spread general health awareness. It was conducted in two rounds:
ROUND 1: AWARENESS
Tips and practices of healthy living were shared.
ROUND 2: INSPIRE
Inspiration has always played an important role in motivation. Participants had to motivate and convince others to take an active step towards better health.
3. Ultimate Spokesperson:
The power of a pen, candour of words and the realization of our fundamental right to freedom of speech and expression – now that is a goosebumps giving combination right there. This competition was conducted in 3 rounds : elocution, turn coat, and creative speaking.
There were several other events such as Blue Print, Vishleshan, Voice of Youth Vibe: Folk Solo, Samvedna, Rock Show, Campus Princess, YV Social Ad, Tattoo Making, Football Match, Face to Face, Accessory and Fashion Designing, Mr. and Miss. Persona, and the Water Rocket Challenge.
