Lovely Professional University (LPU), through its School of Computing & Artificial Intelligence, successfully organised the 1st International Conference on Smart Computing and Artificial Intelligence for Sustainable Future (ICSC-AISF 2026) on 30–31 October 2026. The conference brought together distinguished academicians, researchers, industry leaders and technology experts from India and abroad to explore the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence, Smart Computing and emerging technologies in shaping a sustainable future.
The conference was presided over by the Worthy Pro-Chancellor of LPU, Col. Dr. Rashmi Mittal, and attended by Pro-Vice Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.) Loviraj Gupta. Their presence highlighted LPU’s continued commitment to strengthening research, technological advancement and global academic engagement.
