The 8 days long AIU Boxing Championship was successfully completed yesterday at LPU. The presiding officer, Pro-Chancellor LPU, Mrs. Rashmi Mittal declared AIU Men Boxing Championship 2016-2017 closed and lowered the flag.
LPU student Manipal became the Best Challenger (Prominent Loser) after losing the final fight. The overall runner up was Maharshi Dayanand University, while the Championship was won by Kurukshetra University.
