…we will all have to delve into ourselves and find our own haven if we want to stay sane in a world going bonkers with opinion overload.
We human beings are very fascinating creatures, but at the same time very confusing. I believe we all have questioned our existence at a some point in life- some become religious, others atheists, scientists, spiritual, or philosophical trying to find the true purpose of our existence. I am sure we have all tried to paint a picture in our head to define this journey. At the same time most of us are caught in between jumping back and forth trying to figure out, while some of us have already given up and reassure ourselves that we are better off just “Going with the flow”.
Anyway, enough with the depressing philosophical musing (but personally speaking I wrack my head on such topics everyday). I am sure we will all figure out our lives at some point. Regardless of whether we are motivated to or not we will all have to delve into ourselves and find our own haven if we want to stay sane in a world going bonkers with opinion overload.
In my eyes there are few people whose existence can be admired, these people according to me have figured out their piece of haven – Maya Angelou, Oprah, Dalai Lama, Satya Nadella, and Robin Sharma. These people to me are the examples of human beings with substance. They exude the essence of love, equality, purpose and peaceful coexisting as human beings.
Listed below are some of their sayings – which according to me sum up life as it ought to be lived.
