One of the most usual yet memorable work works in college is group project. Many of us groan when we hear the teacher telling the next CA would be a group project. As we do not want to be partnered with the people who do not work at all. Everyone wants to be with that one student who will do all the work.

Group Project Realities

Well, here we go, looking at different kinds of people in group projects.

  1. The credit beggar – They are the most famous of all people in the group. You most probably hate them. For, they almost never work and always take away the chunk load of credit.
  2. Actual hard worker – This is the person who everyone wants to be partnered with. As he or she actually does the given work and most often than not do more than their share of work.
  3. Neutral person – Just like the name the neutral person is that one student in group who does his share of work and will not do a bit more than that. Let it be even making a simple calculation if his or her work is done then you can’t expect him or her to do anymore.
  4. Tranced member – This is the person who is constantly in questioning as to why he/she is in that particular group or what is he/she doing there in the first place? Begrudgingly or not this person does the work (though I must say there might be cases where he/she won’t), helps around a bit and leaves.
  5. Kaamchor – Last and yes definitely the least. This is the person on which rest of the group gets furious. The entire project gets stuck due to him/her. In making excuses to not be assigned work no one can beat him/her. It’s like championship trophy in category “Best Convincing Excuses” would definitely be awarded to him/her.

Those were few of the unique characters we come across. Let us know what kind of remarkable individual you come across.
