But when college students are asked why they don’t put out time for fitness, money and time seems to be the two most common reasons.  So, you may give this a try. You are in college equals to you need your health. Luxury gyms and a buff trainer may not be an option because obviously, you don’t have enough dough. Practice yoga for 20 minutes a day, before your lectures and followed by a healthy meal. You’ll be surprised by the results. And to begin with, we have 6 facts that will make you go “WHAT?”

  4. Madonna has claimed that she practiced yoga seven days a week as she got addicted to its magic. She said, “I could’ve been a member of Cirque du Soleil. It got to the point where I didn’t have a glass of wine and I had to go to bed early because everything was around my yoga.”
  5. Yoga was banned for Muslims in 2008 as a Council of Malaysian muftis thought  “the Hindu elements in a standard 60-minute yoga class could ‘destroy the faith of Muslims’”.
  6. Believe it or not, the Americans are practicing yoga for hundreds of years.Yoga has been proven so effective that the US Army uses it to treat veterans and use it as a stress management technique.
