LPU NSS has successfully organized the fifth season of “Brilliant Minds – the League of Chess”. It was held in room 13 – 102 on 25th and 26th February’18. The game brought the grandmaster within many of the vertos who participated and competed fiercely.
“Chess teaches them things: To Think, To Plan, To Concentrate and Strategize.” With such motto in mind the battles took place with much vigor. The competitors belonged to various disciples such as CSE, Biotech and many more. The volunteers actively monitored the moves to make the game fair and just.
After tremendous battles the winner who took the prize home was Nadun a 3rd year student. Not far behind the victory was Parvej freshman, the runner up champion. LPU – NSS thanks all the participants who came forward to make this event a success and looks forward to seeing them all in future events.
