LPU students Piyush Sahu and Sukhwinder Singh have won the regional finals of India’s toughest business quiz, the ‘Tata Crucible Campus Quiz-2017’. The competition is organized in different stages, throughout the country, annually, by the Tata Group, traversing across 38 cities in India and involving more than 4900 teams . This quiz is a key knowledge initiative to bring the sharpest minds to the fore-front and on a common platform, so that they may rub their wits against each other, sharpening them to excellence.
One of the regional finals of the quiz concluded at Lovely Professional University today. LPU team won a cash prize of Rs 75,000 by outdoing all the other five competing teams with their prompt and penetrating answers made to ace quizmaster Giri Bala Subramaniam aka Pickbrain. Our team made a score of 300 whereas, the runners up team from Govt. College, Ludhiana trailed with a 200.
