The secret to modeling is not perfect. What one needs is a face that people can identify in a second. You have to be given what’s needed by nature, and what’s needed is to bring something new.”― Karl Lagerfeld

Modeling is a profession considered just for glamour, but this is the humble mindset of the models and actors across the world.

The vertos of Lovely Professional University had the opportunity to be in the benign presence of a talented model Ms. Eesha Agarwal. She is a pageant winner in America, Russia, Thailand, and Europe. A famous actress who has starred in Marathi, Tamil, and Hindi movies. This versatile personality was invited to “My Unscripted Moments” by UNYC under the aegis of Division of Student Welfare, Lovely Professional University, on 8th July 2021.

The event started on a blissful evening at 6:00. It was anchored by the Department of Soft Skills faculty at LPU, Mr. Sachin Sidhra, who is a great mentor to the students. He started on a lighter note by interacting with viewers. Then he told the viewers about the hardships behind the crown. Then Ms. Eesha joined the session.

The anchor greeted her, and there started an impeccable motivating session. She shared a lot of her experiences and busted myths about modeling and acting careers. She said that it isn’t about the looks, body type, or complexion you are born with but about the confidence for modeling. It is the persona that you carry.

There was a discussion about her success and her career. When asked about the responsibilities she had during the pageants, Ms. Eesha said she represented not just the country but its culture. She said she carried a lot of responsibility on her shoulders. While talking about the lockdown, she revealed that she identified her interest in painting and gardening alongside to make full use of her time. She spoke about the hustle and bustle of the outdoor shoots. She directed everyone to eat healthy food, do exercise and be consistent with the efforts.

There were all kinds of talks, including body positivity, narcissism, creativity, constructive criticism, etc. It was clear at the end that our guest is a true “beauty with brains”.
