Lovely Professional University endeavors to serve the industry by conducting Corporate Training Programs custom designed for the relevant sectors of the economy. Human Resource Development Center collaborates with key Resource Persons across the University to serve the development needs of corporate personnel in a customized manner.

NavDisha: Management Development Program-V designed for Indian oil Corporation; Indane Distributors received active participation of the fifth batch of target audience. The program aimed at capacity building for Business Development and Team Leadership in the digital era.

The 2-day program was spread over 10 sessions. Lovely Professional University deputed experts in the relevant fields as the Resource Panel. Dr. Rajesh Verma, Professor, Mr. Sarabjit Singh Kwatra, Assistant Director, Mr. Narinder Singh Garcha, Assistant Director, Dr. Rahul Sharma, Associate Professor, Ms .Navpreet Kaur, Assistant Professor and Mr. Guneet Paul Singh, Assistant Professor were the facilitators. The schedule carried a multi-pronged approach that included inputs, group discussions, Audio Video based and situational analysis, Role Plays and presentations by the participants.
