(2). Japan (Japanese Government’s MEXT Scholarships):
Japan has a longstanding experience of being respected for its own culture, traditions, punctuality, and reliability. Japan has everything from cosmopolitan cities with futuristic technology (i.e., The Shinkansen or the Bullet train) to serene untouched nature.
The MEXT scholarships mainly target brilliant minds having academic competencies superior or equal to those of Japanese students. The scholarship amount varies, from 120,000 Yen/month (79,082.79 INR) to 148,000 (97,535.44 INR) depending upon the level of your course.

(3). South Korea (Global Korea Scholarship Program):
Boasting the world’s 10th largest economy and the Asian powerhouse in research, education, and technology, South Korea might be a great choice if your priority is to stay in Asia. Seoul is the capital of South Korea and is a hotbed of ingenuity innovation.
The Global Korea Scholarship Program is for ingenious students trying to foster a career in the Republic of Korea. The scholarship itself is quite a treat. It covers everything starting from airfare to living allowance (1,000,000 KRW/65,407.13 INR), research allowance (2,40,000 KRW/15,702.21 INR), medical insurance, etc. The scholarship covers tuition fees up to 5 million KRW (3,27,129.45 INR) per semester.

(4). Ireland (Government of Ireland International Education Scholarship):

The Higher Education Authority of Ireland offers 60 scholarships to non-EU/EEZ for bachelors/masters/PhDs. The scholarship offers a complete waiver of tuition fees and 10,000 Euros (8,86,760.00 INR) as a stipend.
