Lovely Professional University organised a guest lecture by Dr BK Chandra Shekhar Tiwari on Psycho Neurobics. He talked about Psycho Neurobics, spiritual energy and its importance, balancing energy centres in the human body and instant stress management capsule of Psycho Neurobics. He explained how to reduce mental stress and increase the concentration power. He taught about the connection between the mind and body and also interacted with all the faculty members gave them expert tips and performed practical activities.
Dr BK Chandra Shekhar Tiwari is an alumnus of three renowned Indian universities – Punjab University (Chandigarh), Annamallai University (Chidambaram) and Tamil Nadu Physical & Sports University (Chennai). He has conducted over 4000 seminars in India and abroad. He is an M.A.(Eco), M.Sc.(Yoga), M.Sc.(Psycho Neurobics), PGDY, PG Dip (MDPN), PhD (Alt Medicine)(GUINNESS WORLD RECORD HOLDER in Education Category.
