22nd December, the day 1 of Lovely Professional University’s annual event for its staff was filled with joy and spirit. The faculty, staff and the management engaged in a host of activities like slogan writing, debate, elocution, tug of war, jungle walk and more.
The ceremony was inaugurated by worthy Pro-Chancellor Mrs Rashmi Mittal. The various events gave the chance to the faculty and staff to showcase their talent.
The ‘Jungle Walk’ imbibed the spirit of togetherness and teamwork in different departments, where each team collected cards worth different points and the team with most points won. The theme of the Jungle Walk was fruits and vegetables which propagated the message of eating healthy. Fun filled games like tug of war made the day even more exciting.
The staff members also gave mesmerising dance performances on classical, folk and western music. The day 1 of Snidhya brought with it the spirit of togetherness and enjoyment amidst days of hard work.
