We live in a world where we are surrounded by a lot of people, and you are one of them. People are strange, and the saddest part is the world doesn’t revolve around you. People are tough to manage, and nowadays they are entitled as lazy, imperfect.
We all feel bad sometimes. It doesn’t matter how successful you are, how wealthy you are, how great you are, how great your relationship is, how amazing your life is, everybody feels bad sometimes, and a major component of leading a healthy life is being good at accepting that because it’s a part of life. Just accept it and then move on. Life is simple, you make a decision and then don’t look back. However, be careful about the direction you are heading to.
People seem to be striving for a state of happiness, joy, satisfaction. At times, you get angry about dealing with people in your life, and that anxiety squeezes you out, and you start questioning why you are so anxious but have no idea, which in turn is making you more anxious about being anxious. Finally, you are angry at being angry which is causing more anger and then so on and on. I mean, it’s okay to feel that way sometimes, but don’t be harsh on yourself. If you are angry, then chances are you probably might be angry for a good reason because when you are happy, you have a good reason to be happy, right? There’s a call for action every time you feel that way, and the only way to get rid of it is to solve your problems.
We all wish for happiness in life, and then your emotions control you whenever you face difficulty in life. You start to google ‘how to be happy‘, but is it so? Are you the one accepting life without problems? The more you want something, the more it indicates that you lack it. Have you ever noticed that when you care very little about a particular thing, you perform better at it? And sometimes the person who is least involved in achieving something achieves it at the end, does it amaze you?
Life is made up of suffering. People without goals suffer because they have no goals. People with goals suffer because they have a goal. Rich people suffer because of being rich and poor suffer due to poverty. We all suffer; however, the intensity of suffering isn’t equal for all, the amount of pain varies, but we all have to go through it and avoiding this kind of thing can make you miserable, I mean at some point in life.
Attachment is what makes us suffer, and real happiness comes when you SOLVE a problem. When you solve a problem, a new problem arises. It doesn’t mean you should stop solving it. Remember, whenever you light a candle, you also cast a shadow. The goal of an individual should be to solve the problem, and it’s not a good idea to avoid your problems or feel like you don’t have any. After all, the truths are often unpleasant to hear. The choice is yours.
